In handling of personal information, the Foundation recognizes the importance of protecting personal information, observing the law　and respecting community standards

The Foundation’s acquisition of personal information shall be through lawful and fair means.
The Foundation exercises extreme caution when entrusted with the handling of personal information so as to maintain the trust of users.

The Foundation’s use of personal information shall be within the scope of the purpose of use: to the extent necessary for carrying out its operations.
When sharing personal information with a third party or outsourcing the handling of personal information to a third party, the Foundation conducts a strict investigation of the third party, and conducts proper supervision to ensure that the third party maintains confidentiality.

The Foundation will maintain the accuracy of personal information and manage the information securely.
In order to prevent personal information from being lost, destroyed, altered or leaked, the Foundation takes appropriate information security measures against unauthorized access, computer viruses and other security threats.

The Foundation affirms that an individual has the right to request actions such as the disclosure, correction, discontinuation of use and erasure of his/her own personal information pursuant to laws and regulations and will promptly respond to requests for such actions.

The Foundation employs information security managers and conducts appropriate management of the personal information it holds.
The Foundation provides training for directors and employees for the protection of and proper management methods for personal information and to ensure appropriate handling of personal information in the course of daily operations.
